I can't jump. And I realized this when I started my weight loss journey and I had a really difficult time doing jumping jacks. When you get to a weight that your mobility is restricted, it is really hard to reconcile all of the things you no longer are able to do that you think you should be able to do. So I started on a journey to reclaim all of the things that I've lost through gaining so much weight. I'm down 131 pounds and now I'm able to tackle the challenge of starting to jump again. I've been practicing my jumping jacks. I've been practicing on jumping on steps and currently I am trying to jump on the curb. I think I have a little bit of fear and hesitation. I'm scared of falling on the concrete. But once I can do this, I know nothing's going to stop me from doing all the things that I want to do in my life and reclaiming all the things and skills that I've lost. So if you are also on a journey to reclaiming things, I'm right there with you.

I couldn't jump at 461 pounds. In fact, I couldn't do a lot of things at 461 pounds. So I went on a journey to lose weight and regain the mobility that I'd lost. Over the past year, I've lost 135 pounds. And for the past month, I have been dedicating my weekends to practicing learning how to jump. And I think that I can officially say with tears in my eyes, I can jump. I am able to safely jump over something. It's only a couple inches high, but I can do it. I'm still working at the higher one at five inches, but it's getting better. And to all of the people who cheered me along on my journey, thank you. Your advice has been critical in helping me to regain this very key thing on my journey. There's so much more for me to take back control of in my life. Did TikTok just help catch a serious health concern? That actually might be the case with this creator. This creator, Megan the Trainer, actually was responding to somebody who left this comment, you look pregnant. She goes on to explain that that was a really triggering comment because she has diastasis recti, which is basically a separation in the abdomen. However, after showing her body to the internet, thousands, as you can see, comments start flooding in saying, I think there's something more going on here than just diastasis recti. So she comes on with a second video of people saying, hey, you know, it looks like ovarian cysts. I'm sure there are other people in the comments saying some other scary things and probably sending her some messages. But she comes on to this video and says, if you've ever had an ovarian cyst, I need input. because a lot of the symptoms that I'm reading about do seem like they could be what I'm experiencing. After about a day, I was need input because a lot of the symptoms that i'm reading about do seem like they could be what i'm experiencing after about a day she has been explaining and really kind of processing what people are saying she is showing examples of what she looked like in 2020 and then the progression from there now as i showed in the very first clip you can even see in this one the furthest image she actually looks like she's grown from that image over there. So she is like, you guys, I just want you to know that I'm taking all of your comments very, very seriously. People are saying like, where's your family? Where are the doctors? Like nobody would say this is diastasis recti and that be it. There is no way. Now I do want to point out she has never had a baby so she's not pregnant she's not currently pregnant and she has just progressively grown in that area for several years and so she is explaining you know what, it's not my family. I mean, you have to think about it from their perspective. I'm thinking that this is what it is. And she goes on to admit that she did self-diagnose. She's like, this is what I thought it was. And I have just basically been trying to frame my body, restructure my body, and just get it back into the best shape I can. She is huge on working out, eating healthy. And so a lot of people, again, in the comments saying, there is no way, you're so fit, this is not normal. She finally comes through with an update saying she is headed to the hospital. She is going to the ER and she is going to get this looked at. And I just have to give her so much credit. I know that it is so easy when we post online to not take the hospital. Can I tell you guys something? When I was little, when I was growing up, my mom, she like hated this time of night. It's 8.49 and the sun has already kind of gone down, but it's not quite dark. And what my mom would do is she, she would just get really anxious and then us kids would start to feel kind of anxious. And what she would do is she would go around the house and she would pull shut all of the blackout curtains so that she couldn't see like this type of lighting and turn on lamps so that it was clearly nighttime. And what I learned as I grew up was that she just didn't like the in-between, like the in-between really made her anxious. And she said it made her feel homesick. And I learned that like some elderly people like in nursing homes deal with that, like it's called sundowners though. And like this time of night, they get kind of like antsy and so I've always kind of joked it's probably not a funny joke but that I have sundowners and I'm trying really hard to like make this time of night like not scary anymore and I feel like a lot of that was what I saw my mom get like really freaked out about and so I got freaked out because my mom was freaked out but now like I get so freaked out so like summer is so beautiful and I love it but it also gets a little bit like anxiety provoking because the evenings are just so long I think it's because it's like it's not morning time and night time it's like it's morning time and then it's in between time and then night time and that can be anxiety provoking and I just wonder if anybody else has ever dealt with that

Y todo se repite hasta 4 veces. Pero la confortilla se encargó de que no me asustara con estas rutinas. Y es que Annalise recomienda descansar 1 minuto o 2 entre ejercicios. Pasamos al siguiente ejercicio, flutter kicks con el balón. Y es exactamente lo mismo, 30 segundos de trabajo y 30 segundos de descanso. Así hasta completarlo cuatro veces y pasamos al siguiente ejercicio una plancha pasando el balón de lado a lado hacia adelante y hacia atrás esto del balón sobre todo mirar como mi vena va a salir del chat y jim que él sobre todo en estas planchas muñeca tiene que estar a la altura del hombro. Y pasamos a otra plancha haciendo estos pasitos de lado a lado. Y después de un padrimastro volvemos otra vez a repetirlo 30 segundos más. Hasta completar 4 veces. Aunque es verdad que yo descansaba muchísimo menos entre ejercicios. Cosa que luego me arrepentí. Porque ya para finalizar haces 20 climbers y un barbie. The glycemic index ranks carbohydrates for how fast your blood sugar spikes and raises when consumed. And many studies have shown recently that there's a correlation to high glycemic index diets to acne. Now, doing the research, because these are high glycemic foods and these are low glycemic foods, when I eat higher glycemic foods, it kind of makes sense. I kind of break out. Now, everyone's skin is different. This is different for everyone, but knowledge is power, and I wanted to share this with you because it makes sense.
